Gr 10-12 Registration and Gr 9 Orientation Information

School start up will proceed as usual as OSSTF teachers have suspended sanctions pending ratification of their tentative settlement. The following is the schedule of events:

Tuesday September 1: Gr 10-12 Registration

• Starting at 10 am – students may pick up their 2015-2016 timetable and pay their $30 activity fee
• Locks will also be available for $5
• Yearbooks can be pre-ordered for $40

Wednesday September 2: Grade 9 Orientation and Registration

• Starting at 9 am until 2 pm – students should gather in the lower foyer by the parking lot
• LUNCH is provided
• Grade 9 Parent Meeting 9-10 am in the Library – all are welcome!
• Students can pay their $30 activity fee and purchase a lock for $5
• Yearbooks can be pre-ordered for $40

Report Cards

Report cards will be available from the main office throughout the summer. They will also be available online by clicking the attendance/student login link found on the left. Please use the following instructions for logging in.

 Username

· First 5 letters of the student’s last name, followed by the first 3 letters of the students first name.

Password

· The student’s 9 digit OEN.  This number can be found on a report card or on a student card. 

 

OSSLT Update

Results for the literacy test will not be available until Sept. 21st. Only students eligible to graduate who will be enrolled in the literacy course will be notified of their results before leaving for summer break.
