today's announcements

Alert symbol - smallNotice to Parents / Guardians of Elementary Students

There has been considerable media coverage of provincial negotiations with the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario (ETFO). ETFO is in a legal strike position on Monday, May 11, 2015.

It is our understanding that teachers will begin an administrative work-to-rule campaign at that time. The schools in our Board will be open as normal on Monday. There will be no effect on Extended Day, other childcare programs, or transportation. We will provide any new information or updates as they arise.
