The Upper Grand District School Board is inviting parents and guardians to share their thoughts on French Language instruction within UGDSB schools. From Friday Oct. 2 until Oct. 30, 2015, parents and guardians will have the opportunity to complete a short, confidential survey. Click here to take the survey.

ETFO announces phase 3 work-to-rule across Ontario

Labour Update Button On September 18, 2015, the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO) announced phase three of work-to-rule in Ontario. snowman with hatIt is difficult to believe that the 2011/2012 school year is half-way over . Our Grade 8 students are carefully selecting their courses for High School, looking forward to graduating from Elementary School. This is a wonderful time for all members of our school community to reflect on what we have accomplished in the first half of the year and look forward to experiences yet to come.

Winter ImageThe winter weather took awhile to finally arrive, but it is certainly here now. There will likely be more snow and chilly temperatures forecasted over the next month. We remind families to ensure that students come to school with the proper layers for recesses and footwear—indoor and outdoor.
