October 7th is International Walk to School Day

On Walk to School Day students from more than 40 countries will walk, bike or wheel to and from school.

To celebrate, the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Active and Safe Routes to School Committee encourages students to walk, bike or wheel to and from school, take a picture and post it on Twitter or Instagram with #walktoschoolday and a hashtag for your city/town (for example, #guelph, #orangeville). All posts will be entered to win one of five gift cards.
