At the last School Council meeting on Monday, May 17, the results of the School and School Council Fundraising surveys were presented. The annual Picnic and Fun Day on June 13 were discussed, as well as the Teacher Appreciation Lunch, the PIC survey and the status of the C.G. ARC review. The next meeting will be held on Monday, June 7 at 7:00 p.m. All parents are welcome to attend.
FUNDRAISING SURVEY
The results of the Fundraising survey (PDF) and the parent comments were presented at the May School Council meeting. 145 surveys were completed. Generally there was majority support for all School and School Council requests for money and for the purposes of these requests. A Fundraising subcommittee has been organized to analyze the results and to make recommendations for the 2010-2011 school year, including reorganization and timely communication of requests. The results will be posted on the school website. Thanks to all families who took the time to complete this survey.
