March Break
This year March Break begins Friday, March 12 and ends Sunday, March 21. Students are back at school on Monday, March 22, 2010.

Annual Dance-a-thon
Our annual Dance-a-thon takes place on Thursday, March 11. Each class will have an opportunity to dance for approximately 30 minutes in the Gym. The theme this year is "Pirates and Princesses!". Students may wear their costumes and participate in dancing such favourites as The Chicken Dance, The Macarena, the Cha-Cha Slide, Bunny Hop, Limbo, etc.

We are also raising money for our twin school in Lesotho, Paray School. The first $5000 of money raised will be donated to Help Lesotho to support the students of Paray School.

The remainder of money collected will be used for school activities. Please join us on Thursday, March 11 and be prepared to dance! ( Monday/Wednesday K classes will dance on Wed. March 10).

Junior Basketball Tournament
Our junior girls and boys' basketball teams will play in the Division A tournament on Wednesday, march 10. Bonne chance to the McCrae teams. Thanks to M. Black, Mme Durnin and Mme schewtschenko for coaching these teams.

Central Guelph ARC Public Meeting March 24
A public meeting of the Central Guelph Accommodation Review will be held on Wednesday, March 24 at 7:00 p.m. in the Cafetorium at Centennial CVI, College Avenue West, Guelph. All parents and community members are welcome. Please refer to the letter to parents dated March 4, 2010, in the ARC section of this website.

March School Council Meeting
The next meeting of the McCrae School Council will be held on Monday, March 22 at 7:00 p.m. All parents and community members are welcome to attend.

Grade 6 Garage Sale Thursday, March 25
Our Grade 6 students will hold their annual Garage Sale on Thursday, March 25 all day, in the Gym. They will be raising money to help pay for their trip to Camp Wahanowin in May.
