Peanut / Nut / Egg Allergies

There are several students at Jean Little Public School who have allergies to eggs, nuts or peanut products. Many of these allergies are life-threatening. As you understand, the best way to provide a safe environment for all students is to enlist the help of the staff, students and parents/guardians to keep eggs, peanuts and nuts out of our school. Also, we ask that foods having eggs as a primary ingredient (ie. egg salad, mayonnaise, angel food cake) not be included in a student’s lunch or snack menu. This small inconvenience for some is necessary to allow all students a safe environment.
