GCVI's Website Is Getting A Facelift

Report Cards: March 5th

On Thursday March 5th interim report cards will go home to parents. This report is an early indication of how students are doing in their classes. Parents are encouraged to join us for Parent-Teacher interviews which are scheduled for Tuesday, March 31st from 3:00-4:30 p.m. and from 6:00-7:30 p.m. in the GCVI Auditorium. Students will be dismissed from school at 2:30 p.m. The interviews will be10 minutes in length and should be pre-booked with teachers where possible. Please note that GCVI is not wheelchair accessible and if you require accommodation, please contact Julie Prendergast at (519)824-9800 ext. 301.
Online bookings for parent-teacher interviews can be done by using your internet browser and typing in:

**No Bookings will be made after the site closes until interviews begin at the school. Student volunteers will be on hand with teacher appointment schedules to book appointments where openings are available.

If a teacher you wish to see is completely booked, you can make alternate arrangements to meet with the teacher on a different day.

We recommend that you do not wait until the last minute to book appointments as teacher's schedules fill up quickly. Please do not call the school for appointments unless you experience difficulties with the website and have tried more than once to book OR if you have no access to the internet. Children's Fitness Tax Credit

Parents/Guardians are asked to contact the school if you are eligible and require a receipt for the Children's Fitness Tax Credit. Please forward those requests to us by February 25, 2015.

Welcome to Semester 2!

Classes begin February 2nd. February marks the time where we will be making sure students are entering their course selections through myBlueprint. If you encounter problems or have questions about selecting courses for next year, drop by guidance and make an appointment with a guidance counsellor or call and speak with a guidance counsellor.
