May 2013 Newsletter
We were so pleased to see families enjoying the Rosalie
Moscoe Nutrition evening last week. The key points highlighted
that eating healthy foods creates an engaged, active
mind. Rosalie also highlighted food items that perhaps
are not always found in our cupboards, which parents
might try using in meal preparation. Thank you School
Council for organizing the evening.

Welcome to Centennial Hylands Elementary School!
We are very proud of our school and we hope that you, too, will come to view it as an important part of your lives.
Our staff work extremely hard to provide a programme suitable to the needs our of students and care about each student as an individual.
We believe that the partnership between home and school is a critical one. By working together, we will be able to provide a challenging educational program within a positive, safe and supportive learning environment. We encourage you to contact the school if you have any questions or concerns whenever the need arises.
We would encourage your participation in the work of Centennial Hylands Elementary School Council which meets monthly or through volunteering at the school.
We have included some important information in this website. Please read it so you and your child/children are familiar with our procedures and expectations.
Ms. Long and Mr. Huddleston
Centennial students, parents and staff promote respect, responsibility
and academic excellence in a safe learning environment.
