CDDHS/DCMA Battlefields Tour 2013

March 2011 update - urgent reminders & announcements for tour participants:
 
- several participants have not submitted their Veteran Consent Forms & have not received the application form for the Juno Beach Centre Brick purchase
- At the March 4th Lunch Meeting students were reminded of the urgent need to have this material submitted asap.
- approx 9 students remain without a veteran - please see me for assistance right now!!
- 3 participants remain in arrears on their installment payments - please have these fees paid immediately, so that plane tickets & hotel reservations can be finalized by March 15th.
 
Important Meeting
 
We will be holding a Parent Information Meeting for all Tour participants at the DCMA on Wed April 13th @ 7pm - all participants & parents MUST attendAt this meeting we will be presenting:
- the final itinerary
- our anticipated final costs
- vital information regarding the Juno Beach Ceremony on our trip
- tour expectations from the consultant, Don Bogle
