Students will design a player evaluation for a Forward, Defenseman or Goalie with at least 5 categories of evaluation.  Each category will have a minimum of 3 criteria to evaluate.  A written summary identifying the type of player (Shut down defenseman, playmaking centre, shot blocking goalie etc) will be included for a player of the student's choice.

On Tuesday December 13, the Hockey Skills Academy and invited guests will leave at 8:00 am for a tour of the Air Canada Centre, a Maple Leafs and Carolina Hurricanes practice and the Hockey Hall of Fame.  Students have completed a Hall of Fame assignment that required researching the most deserving 2011 inductee, the most deserving player (or coach, builder) that was not elected this year and which of next year's eligible candidates is the most deserving.
