Working with a partner and using your knowledge, interests and our library, find and research the lyrics to a song, or a poem, a journal article or essay, a cartoon, a famous speech, or a piece of art which celebrates or brings awareness to cultural, social, global, or community diversity.  Click here for the rubric. 

The Ministry of Education funds student proposals for projects that will improve student involvement at school.  The Hockey Leadership program has been approved for funding in each of the past 3 years.  Students will work in groups to complete a detailed project plan for implementation of their ideas.  Projects will be submitted to the Ministry and those receiving support will be carried out as a class project.  More information is available here.
