The next payment deadline is fast approaching for our trip participants - with it you should also submit several key pieces of information.
By January 31st, at the latest, we require the following:
1) a payment by cheque for $900 made out to CDDHS Battlefields Tour
2) if you are paying by Visa & did not direct Brightspark to make the necessary payment on your registration form, you will need to contact Brightspark directly
3) a photocopy of the first page of your passport
4) the signed Letter of Consent from your chosen adopted veteran/veteran's family
It is most important that this deadline is observed as we are now booking rooms, tour venues and securing the air travel. Please call Mr. Orford (or email me at neil.orford@ugdsb.on.ca ) if there are any problems having this material in by the 31st of January.
