remember to be recording daily observations of your ecosystems:

- follow the journal guidelines that you were given

-what about trying some experiments (ie) what happens when I turn my ecosystem to have a different side facing a window? Make some hypotheses about condensation, or direction that leaves face and then see if your hypotheses are correct.

7A and 7B: ecosystem expectations: Ecosystems are to remain at home until November. The students have been given very clear directions about the minimum requirements for the ecosystem project journal. They include a very detailed first entry, followed by shorter, daily entries for the first week. Journals are to be handed in to me  on Tuesday, October 11 for an initial assessment.

7/8A, 8B and 7B science mid-unit test: Friday, October 14. Students will have the details of what to study by tomorrow (7/8A already has this info.)

Study Skills workshop: tomorrow at lunch recess. (7/8 A students already know this)
